Checklist

Day 1

Place two safe toys in every play area before the biting starts.

Day 2

Redirect before teeth land. Move the toy, not your hands.

Day 3

End play one minute earlier than usual and offer a calm chew break.

Day 4

Track the worst time of day and check whether the puppy needs sleep.

Day 5

Practice one toy trade with a better reward. Do not force the item away.

Day 6

Ask children or guests to follow one simple play rule.

Day 7

Repeat the easiest setup and decide whether you need hands-on help.

Safety boundary: Get help if bites break skin, growling appears around handling or toys, or the puppy cannot calm down.
